Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives. You will align cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, and Security to deliver on strategic priorities with measurable business outcomes.

The role requires versatile delivery approach, strong planning, risk management, and ability to drive complex programs across the organization. A collaborative, scalable delivery environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3-5+ years leading complex tech delivery initiatives.
• Experience with multiple delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, phase-gate).
• Proficiency with modern PM tools and dashboards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for technology projects.
• Develop integrated delivery plans with milestones and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional planning across product, engineering, QA, and security.
• Provide direction to analysts and QA teams; manage priorities.
• Coordinate governance, risk, and issue management; ensure release readiness.
