Job summary

BMA Group Global seeks an experienced Manager of Technology & Digital Transformation to oversee IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, virtual servers, and service providers while steering digital transformation initiatives.

The role focuses on leveraging ERP systems like Sage, implementing AI-driven automation, and aligning technology with business goals. Strong leadership and bilingual English/Spanish communication are essential in this capacity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive IT infrastructure and operations experience.
Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and virtualization.
Experience leading enterprise software implementations and ERP integrations.
Experience managing third-party technology vendors and service providers.
Familiarity with Sage ERP and its integration with business operations.
Proficiency in English and Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

Oversee enterprise networks, LAN/WAN, switches, VLANs, routing, servers, and cloud environments.
Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including network security, access controls, vulnerability management, and data protection.
Manage virtualized server environments using Hyper-V and VMware, including backups and system availability.
Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of ERP systems such as Sage.
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions, workflow automation, and emerging technologies.
Lead and mentor IT personnel, manage technology projects and budgets, and align initiatives with business goals.
