Job summary

Local World seeks an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to oversee and evolve the customer’s DTO, partnering with business and technology leaders to drive enterprise-wide transformation. You will champion Generative AI adoption, intelligent automation, and modern operating models across the organization.

You will partner with executives to design governance, measure value, and deliver a multi-year digital strategy aligning with strategic objectives and growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Strategy, Technology Leadership, or Business Transformation.
• 8+ years leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven experience working with top executives and enterprise leadership teams.
• Experience establishing or operating a Transformation Office, PMO, DTO, AI Office, or Innovation Office.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Cloud Technologies, Data Platforms, Automation, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation portfolios and strategic programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) as the central transformation governance and orchestration function.
• Define and execute a multi-year digital and AI transformation roadmap aligned with business strategies and corporate objectives.
• Drive enterprise-wide modernization initiatives spanning business processes, technology platforms, workforce enablement, and operating models.
• Develop transformation strategies that improve operational efficiency, reliability, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and business agility.
• Build executive dashboards, transformation scorecards, KPIs, OKRs, and value realization frameworks.
• Review and monitor enterprise change management strategies to accelerate adoption and sustain transformation outcomes.
• Design and operate the DTO governance rhythm, including governance, portfolio and project governance, COE governance, leadership forums, steering committees, escalation paths, and decision-rights frameworks.
