Job summary
Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) seeks a Director of Technology to oversee a broad portfolio of financial-services technology, aligning strategy with member outcomes. You will lead engineering and delivery teams across payments, wealth, lending, and more, driving modernization through cloud, APIs, and DevOps.
As a senior leader, you’ll partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to remove barriers and accelerate initiatives, while building a high-performance
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience leading technology teams and people leadership experience.
- 8 years of IT experience with demonstrated expertise in application design.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of business processes and member needs to translate them into technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead technology delivery across multiple financial services domains with accountability for the delivery ecosystem.
