Job summary

Janney is seeking an entry- to mid-level Change and Communications Management Analyst to help plan, communicate, and adopt technology changes across the firm. You will work with leaders, CIO, and corporate communications to establish consistent processes and templates for technology change messaging.

The role offers exposure to technology strategy, organizational transformation, and enterprise change, with opportunities to assume broader responsibilities within the CIO organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience encouraged.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working with stakeholders at different levels of an organization.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, business-friendly communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of change management plans for technology initiatives impacting employees and end users.
• Coordinate with project, product, technology, business, training, and communications teams to identify upcoming changes and how they are introduced.
• Help establish a standardized Technology Change Management framework, including templates, processes, calendars, and channels.
• Maintain visibility into upcoming releases to identify end-user impacts and communication requirements.
• Assist with stakeholder identification, impact assessments, readiness activities, and adoption planning.
• Gather end-user feedback following changes and identify opportunities to improve future rollouts.
• Support measurement of change effectiveness, communications reach, adoption, and end-user experience.
• Coordinate communications for technology initiatives, releases, outages, upgrades, and major programs.
• Draft concise communications that translate technical changes into business-friendly language.
• Develop and maintain communication templates and standards.
