Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Technology Support Lead to shape and govern change management across Operations, ensuring changes are planned, tested, communicated, and adopted safely. You will own the governance of the change lifecycle and uplift tooling, guiding senior stakeholders with data-driven decision making for durable outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end change execution, drive adoption of new technologies, and coordinate training and communications across cross-functional teams to sustain

Qualifications

• Formal Training or certification with 5+ years of experience in change management, release/change governance, process design, and/or Operations within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated issue and defect management across the full lifecycle with coordination with Technology and Operations.
• Strategic partner and trusted advisor with data-driven insights and a risk-and-controls mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and run change management process architecture across Operations (end-to-end lifecycle).
• Establish end-to-end issue/defect lifecycle controls with SLA tracking and release readiness views.
• Govern change tooling ecosystem (e.g., ServiceNow) and ensure governance, metadata, and reporting integrity.
• Coordinate operational readiness across people, process, controls, and runbooks for production readiness.
• Eliminate process friction and enable automation where appropriate.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, plan sessions, and deliver role-based communications and training.
• Adopt emerging technology with governance and durability; manage enhancement intake and backlogs.
