Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Technology Change Management & Communications in New Jersey (Raritan area) to lead change programs across DePuy Synthes/IT. The role focuses on translating technology priorities into clear communications, executive-ready materials, and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption of new capabilities.

The position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with Prosci/ADKAR or similar methodologies, with up to ~20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in change management, communications, technology transformation, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting change management and adoption for technology or digital initiatives.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development capabilities with executive-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management and communications plans for technology initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Publish Technology newsletters and other recurring communications on IT priorities and milestones.
• Create executive-ready presentations for Technology leadership and Board discussions.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business communications for diverse audiences.
• Assess stakeholder impact, readiness, adoption needs, and potential barriers to change.
• Maintain communications calendars, messaging plans, and presentation materials.
• Track measures of reach, engagement, readiness, and adoption; report findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent delivery.
