Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of internal and corporate communications experience.
• Experience developing executive-level messages and providing communications counsel to senior management.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong project management and multi-project coordination abilities.
• Discretion handling confidential matters with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct communications support and act as a trusted advisor to technology leaders.
• Write targeted communications including executive messages and business updates.
• Develop content for employees via intranet, email, and social channels.
• Organize leadership meetings, town halls, and site visits.
• Prepare targeted emails and surveys and track outcomes.
• Collaborate across functions to align messaging with business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
