Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division is recruiting a Manager, Technology Change Management & Communications to drive adoption of technology initiatives. You will develop change plans, craft stakeholder communications, and prepare leadership materials across IT programs.

You will partner with technology leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into clear narratives, manage adoption readiness, and track impact across delivery milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish change-management and communications plans for technology initiatives.
• Create executive-ready presentations and communications for Technology leadership, ELT, and Board materials.
• Collaborate with Technology leaders and cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts into clear business communications.
• Support adoption by assessing stakeholder impact, readiness, and barriers to change.
• Maintain communications calendars, messaging, and materials across initiatives.
