Job summary

Veregy is seeking a Business Development Manager - Technology in Dallas, TX to accelerate adoption of building automation and technology solutions. You will support regional sales teams with pre-sales positioning and build stronger external partnerships to grow an owner-direct pipeline.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in sales/business development, with strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. On-site position with opportunities for career growth within Veregy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of sales or business development experience.
• Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and manage a sales pipeline.
• Experience leading a small team in a construction/building automation context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Backstop regional sales teams with pre-sales positioning and strategy.
• Identify prospects and propose high-value technology solutions.
• Document and track opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Participate in owner-facing sales meetings and internal development reviews.
• Develop an external sales pipeline via partners to expand owner-direct opportunities.
• Oversee a team of estimators for technical scoping and cost estimates.
