Job summary

Briefly seeks a Technology Trainer to own adoption of new systems and processes across its member firms, including Rimon, Scale, Caravel and OGC. You’ll craft SOPs, build and deliver training for go-lives, and lead change management from announcement through sustained usage.

The role sits in the Transformation Management Office, reports to the VP of Transformation, and collaborates with platform architecture, data operations, finance integration, and firm leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in technology training, learning and development, or change management, preferably in professional services or multi-entity environments.
• Experience writing SOPs and end-user documentation that were adopted in practice.
• Experience supporting system rollouts or migrations, including training delivery at go-live and post-cutover support.
• Experience training professional staff who may not be required to attend, such as attorneys, physicians, consultants or equivalent.
• Experience supporting multiple brands/entities from a single shared platform.
• Preferred: law firm or legal services environment; familiarity with legal practice management, document management or HCM systems such as Aderant, Clio, iManage or Paylocity; change management certification; building a learning management system.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain SOPs for every system and process the platform rolls out.
• Maintain a current library of SOPs, quick reference guides, and training materials.
• Build role-based training curricula for attorneys, paralegals, billing and finance staff, admins, and leadership.
• Deliver training in formats used by each firm (live sessions, recorded modules, go-live floor support, one-to-one coaching).
• Collaborate with Platform Data Operations to align training with data taxonomy and records.
• Collaborate with Platform Architecture on migration training and cutover plans.
• Develop and execute change management plans including stakeholder mapping and communications.
• Identify resistance early and work with leadership to address it pre-go-live.
• Measure adoption and report results to Transformation Management Office.
• Lead remediation for lagging adoption with refresher training or process changes.
• Onboard new staff to the platform standard across all firms.
• Capture recurring questions and feed them back to the platform team for improvements.
• Support onboarding for new firms joining the platform.
