Job summary

iCapital seeks an Associate Product Trainer to educate customers, partners, and employees on our software. You will design and deliver instructor-led training, create modules and curricula, and maintain LMS content.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and SMEs to translate complex features into actionable business value. Travel up to 10% and onsite/remote sessions at client sites or virtual classrooms are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate adult training experience, including software training.
• Experience with proprietary software applications and adult learning theory.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver onsite and virtual training to audiences with varying computer skills.
• Experience in the annuities or life insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver instructor-led onsite and virtual training sessions for customers, partners, and employees.
• Develop and maintain training modules, curricula, and certification materials aligned with audience needs.
• Design and record product education content, including video materials, within the LMS.
• Translate complex product features into clear terms to support sales efforts.
• Partner with Sales and Product Management to identify training needs and schedules.
• Monitor participant progress and identify opportunities to improve training programs.
• Define KPIs to measure training effectiveness and product utilization.
• Serve as a central point of contact for training needs and program enhancements.
• Travel up to 10% to deliver trainings and support customer engagements.
