Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of change management or organizational transformation experience.
• Experience designing trainings, communication plans, change strategies.
• Experience with programs and technology implementations.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate well.
• Delivery oriented with strong customer service standards.
• Comfort with fast-paced, complex environments and new technologies.
