Job summary

The United States Senate seeks a Technology Adoption & Office Education Manager to lead and advance training programs across offices, committees, and support units. You will translate complex technical concepts into accessible content and drive scalable learning initiatives using data-driven methods.

Required five years in IT operations or training with 1–3 years in leadership, plus a strong background in instructional design, adult learning, and project management.

Qualifications

• At least five years of IT operational support, training/development, or related fields with 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise office tools and operational systems in large organizations.
• Knowledge of training evaluation techniques and data analysis for improvement.
• Knowledge of project management practices including planning and coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Ability to lead and coach a team of training specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear instructional content.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across offices and support units.
• Ability to assess training needs, collect feedback, and apply data to improve materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to anticipate training needs and align learning solutions with changes and tech.
• Ability to design scalable learning solutions for widespread tool use.
• Ability to evaluate program effectiveness and introduce improvements.
• Ability to foster a learning environment for staff with varied technical levels.
