Job summary

Foley Hoag LLP seeks a Learning and User Experience Manager to lead technology learning, user experience, adoption, and change management initiatives. This role manages a team delivering training, resources and communications to improve productivity and technology utilization across the firm.

The role partners with IT leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders to promote new technologies, drive adoption, and continuously improve end-user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience in professional services.
• 5+ years in technology training, user enablement, or learning and development.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Experience leading teams across a multi-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Learning and User Experience team to deliver training programs and resources.
• Collaborate with HR and Senior Manager of Practice Support to design onboarding curricula for staff roles.
• Promote technology adoption and change management across the firm.
• Develop and publish user-focused communications, best practices, and learning resources.
• Partner with IT leadership to ensure training is integrated into project plans and technology deployments.
