BLR Holdings, Inc. is seeking a contract-focused Learning Solutions Specialist to architect technical documentation and design role-based training assets. The role collaborates with Product and Engineering SMEs to translate complex systems into scalable learning experiences.

You will lead end-to-end instructional design from concept to evaluation, leveraging Articulate to create engaging, high-impact modules for enterprise teams and contact centers.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in technical writing and instructional design within enterprise environments.
• Advanced proficiency with the Articulate suite for building interactive learning modules.
• Proven track record of developing operational and contact center training materials with engineering and product teams.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills with a degree in Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end technical documentation and data-flow diagrams to streamline complex operational processes across enterprise teams.
• Design multi-format, role-based learning assets utilizing Articulate to accelerate workforce performance and adoption.
• Partner with cross-functional Product and Engineering SMEs to capture, validate, and maintain critical system knowledge across agile sprints.
• Lead instructional design initiatives from concept through evaluation to deliver scalable training strategies.
