Job summary

Solve Industrial Motion Group in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Sr. Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs for internal associates and external customers. You will build scalable learning, document SOPs, and align content with engineering, product management, sales, and marketing.

You will administer the LMS, create knowledge repositories, and establish metrics to measure training effectiveness. Occasional travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Education or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design or technical education for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate industrial products and solutions.
• Proficient with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience with LMS, Knowledge Management platforms and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs and workshops for associates, distributors, and customers.
• Lead LMS implementation, administration, and reporting.
• Develop centralized knowledge management with products, processes, systems and operations knowledge.
• Conduct training needs assessments and create role-based learning paths.
• Establish training effectiveness metrics and report outcomes to drive improvement.
• Support change initiatives with training, communication, and adoption plans.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled learning technologies to improve quality and speed.
