Job summary

Fast Enterprises is seeking a Technical Communicator to develop and update learning materials for in-person and online delivery, tailored to specific audiences. You’ll work with internal teams to support targeted training programs and manage content within our digital learning platform.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and up to 5 years of experience, with strong communication, organizational, and LMS/tooling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Learning, or a related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to innovate, take initiative, think critically, and experiment with new approaches.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate building productive relationships with all levels of employees.
• Consistent, exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Above-average proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with course authoring software such as Adobe Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and update in-person and online learning material targeted to the audience.
• Identify learning objectives and apply adult learning theory to develop content.
• Assess learning needs using quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Analyze existing instructional material for completeness and effectiveness and adjust.
• Collaborate with FAST teams to create specialized technical and functional training.
• Communicate learning opportunities using various internal channels.
• Upload, maintain, and curate materials in the online learning system.
• Track and analyze participation and completion rates.
• Review learner feedback and evaluate content improvements.
