Veritas Automata, LLC is seeking a technical writer to develop and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and training resources aligned with four annual software releases. You will translate complex functionality into clear, actionable content for users across platforms.

Competenze

• 5+ years of technical writing or documentation experience for software or SaaS platforms, including long-form technical documentation.
• Proven ability to translate highly technical information into clear, user-friendly content.
• Experience with a knowledge base or content management platform such as Zendesk, Confluence, or SharePoint.
• This role does not include instructor-led training.
• This role does not interact directly with external customers.
• Over time, you will grow into e-learning development, video tutorials, and other learning formats.
