About the Opportunity:

The TECHNICAL WRITER role is part of the Product Content team responsible for producing clear, user-focused technical documentation that helps customers understand and effectively use the organization’s products. This position involves collaboration with design, engineering, and product teams to deliver precise content that supports multiple application features, ultimately contributing to customer success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design, engineering, product management, and content leads to create and maintain technical documentation
• Develop user-focused content supporting multiple product features
• Adhere to content development processes, information models, and writing standards
• Understand product features and user needs related to assigned documentation
• Support customer success by producing content that enables users to achieve goals efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• Proficiency in English demonstrated through assessment of grammar, sentence structure, and clear writing skills
• Knowledge of content development lifecycles and processes
• 1-2 years of technical communication experience, including internships
• Portfolio of technical writing samples demonstrating clear communication of complex information
• Experience with DITA, Markdown, or similar structured authoring tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, distributed software development environment
• Collaborative skills and ability to manage individual assignments and deadlines

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base pay of $89,300 – $138,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits
