TRC Companies, Inc. seeks a skilled Technical Writer for the Advanced Energy Technology team.

You will author and maintain training materials and documentation for multiple software products, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, working with onshore and offshore teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content. The role requires agile experience, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with product management, development, and operations to ensure

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
6–10 years as a Technical Writer in software/cloud domain.
Strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly to software end users.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira/Confluence.
Proficiency with MS Word and the Microsoft Office suite.

Mansioni

Create, edit, and maintain user manuals and guides.
Collaborate with developers, SMEs, and product teams to document functionality.
Translate technical concepts into accessible documentation for internal and external users.
Maintain templates and style guides for consistency across docs.
