Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with development of structured written materials and visuals.
• 3+ years of technical writing experience.
• Ability to write, edit, and prepare graphic presentations of technical information for both technical and business personnel.
• 3+ years of experience with MS SharePoint.
• Advanced in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and templates/style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Analysts and SMEs and technical staff to understand project goals and assist in creating deliverables and supporting documentation.
• Provide recommendations on deliverables to be produced as a result of analysis/design discussions.
• Translate technical content into materials that are easy to understand for diverse audiences.
• Organize and write supporting documents as needed.
• Select photos, diagrams, and charts to improve user understanding.
• Revise documents as issues arise.
• Help organize and maintain the project's SharePoint and document repositories.
