Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Dynamics 365 Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions for Employee Benefits and Human Resources Consulting. You will translate complex system updates into practical training, create role-based paths, and lead onboarding and post-acquisition learning initiatives.

You will collaborate with Product Development teams and SMEs to ensure accurate content, while supporting major rollouts and adoption efforts across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with product development teams, technology owners, and SMEs to develop learning solutions.
• Ability to create and facilitate engaging learning experiences for adult learners.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult-learning principles.
• Translate complex technical concepts into practical, user-friendly training materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Employee Benefits tech.
• Create role-based learning paths for producers, account management, client service, and leadership workflows.
• Develop instructor-led training, virtual workshops, eLearning, microlearning, and simulations.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for onboarding and acquisitions.
• Maintain Dynamics 365 content and documentation; support system rollouts and updates.
• Partner with Product Development and SMEs to ensure accurate materials reflecting current functionality.
