Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a Learning Program Operations Manager (Technical Training) to manage end-to-end execution of technician training programs across Service and Controls. You will oversee plans, milestones, and deployment while driving adoption and sustained engagement with field teams.

Collaborate with SMEs and LMS/Training Operations to deliver measurable outcomes, build governance, and ensure scalable program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in learning, development, or operations.
• Experience managing complex, multi-layered learning programs at scale.
• Strong change management and communications strategy expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across field organizations.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of technician training programs across Service and Controls.
• Lead change management to drive adoption of curriculum-based training.
• Develop and execute learning communications for launches and ongoing updates.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, completion, and engagement metrics.
• Develop deployment plans and governance for mentorship, OJT, and progression.
• Coordinate with LMS/operations teams to ensure data integrity and scalable delivery.
