Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies is seeking a Technical Service Manager for our branch operations group. The role is remote yet local to the East TX/Louisiana region and focuses on supporting customers who install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.

The candidate will conduct seasonal training as a technical SME and work with branch staff, Territory Sales Managers, dealers, independents, and manufacturer reps to ensure customer satisfaction and meet goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years technical support experience.
• Minimum 1 year technical training experience preferred.
• HVAC knowledge and field service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable, prompt technical support to customers and support sales growth and training needs.
• Conduct Technical Training Sessions for dealers and contractors on installation, start-up, commissioning, service and troubleshooting of Daikin products.
• Perform field site visits to evaluate installation and operation and document findings.
• Prepare field service reports using current software workflows to capture data and ensure product integrity.
• Oversee warranty processes and labor allowances and coordinate with internal teams.
