The role drives onboarding, mentorship, and employee development strategies with a strong partnership across HR and executive leadership. The position emphasizes scalable programs, metrics-based governance, and innovative modalities to accelerate career growth and business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design, development and deployment of leadership development programs.
• 6 years leading learning & development programs.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategy, design, implementation, evaluation and governance of leadership and employee development across the employee lifecycle.
• Implement solutions aligned with business priorities to close skill and capability gaps.
• Design and deploy scalable L&D programs: onboarding, on-the-job training, rotations, coaching, mentorship and leadership development.
