The role emphasizes advanced HVAC knowledge, training delivery, and high-quality service operations, with up to 50% travel and daily collaboration with internal/external customers.

Formación

• 5+ years in field service and repair.
• HVAC training/certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for dealers/contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Early Warning System / Proactive Field Intelligence / Technical Support / Reliability Investigation
• Training sessions for installation and service, targeting high failure dealers
• Produce training materials and deliver sessions
• Ensure high quality, cost-efficient and on-time service operations
• Travel up to 50% and communication with customers
