Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Learning Program Operations Manager – (Technical Training) to own end-to-end execution of technician curriculum programs across Service and Controls. You will partner with Learning Leadership, SMEs, field service leaders and LMS teams to deploy and sustain programs at scale.

In this role you will drive adoption, manage deployment plans, track progress, report metrics, and build governance models to ensure consistent training across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Learning & Development, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years in Learning Program Management, Learning Operations, or Training Delivery.
• Experience managing complex learning programs at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management, change management, and communication skills.
• Experience with LMS/LXP platforms, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of ongoing technician training programs across Service and Controls.
• Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, and cadence across multiple pathways.
• Drive deployment and engagement, ensuring progression across technician levels.
• Monitor learner progress and intervene to close gaps.
• Align curriculum design with field expectations and outcomes.
• Partner with instructional design and SMEs to ensure performance-based outcomes.
