Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Strong English communication and mentoring abilities.
• Experience in adult education or corporate training preferred.
• Familiarity with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training and simulations, proctor standardized assessments.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address skill gaps and safety concerns.
• Facilitate classroom and computer-based training sessions to improve retention.
• Maintain attendance and assessment records in the LMS.
