Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years of training leadership in a relevant field.
• Strong computer literacy including MS Office and Windows.
• Experience in adult education or corporate training preferred.
• Experience in mining or industrial environments preferred.
• MSHA/OSHA familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training and simulations and proctor standardized assessments.
• Collaborate with supervisors to address skill gaps and elevate safety practices.
• Facilitate classroom and computer-based training sessions to improve retention.
• Maintain attendance and assessment records in the LMS.
• Contribute to competency-based learning materials and mentor instructors.
