Job summary

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify development opportunities and drive safety-focused outcomes. The role emphasizes mentoring, updating training materials, and maintaining department SOPs, with a focus on effective communication across platforms and in English.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering field-based operational/mechanical training and mentoring.
• Ability to communicate across multiple platforms and in English.
• Safety awareness and ability to follow occupational hazards and safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Train crew members in department-specific jobs and skills.
• Support department development and training initiatives through direct interaction with mentees and leaders.
• Assess task/skill competency of individual crew members.
• Assist department supervision and training institute in identifying competencies and maintaining SOPs.
