Job summary

Twin Resources LLC is seeking a Training & Development Manager to lead learning initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities in Ohio. You will drive onboarding, leadership development, technical skills, safety, and compliance training, partnering with HR and operations to boost performance and culture.

Ideal candidates bring experience creating and delivering employee training programs in manufacturing, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to manage budgets across departments

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering employee training programs.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage training budgets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and opportunities.
• Design, implement, and maintain company-wide training programs.
• Develop annual training strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate and facilitate training including onboarding, leadership development, and safety.
• Create engaging training materials using various instructional methods.
• Coach managers on employee development and performance improvement.
• Partner with leaders to identify workforce development needs and solutions.
• Coordinate training events, workshops, and external resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments and metrics for continuous improvement.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Manage departmental training budgets.
• Assist with facility tours and presentations as needed.
• Promote safety, teamwork, accountability and continuous learning.
