Qualifications

• Formal technical-training background in manufacturing disciplines (e.g., soldering, harness/cable assembly).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness and ability to travel to meet training delivery requirements.
• Flexibility to work alternative shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, and implements technical product training programs for customers, employees, and field support personnel.
