Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Archbald, PA is seeking a Technical Training Supervisor to lead our new training group supporting the Archbald facility. You will design curricula, deliver hands-on sessions, and coordinate LMS resources to keep production teams compliant.

The role requires a manufacturing training background, ability to read engineering drawings, and experience with DoD/ISO standards. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to raise training quality and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience delivering hands-on technical training in manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Willingness to obtain Secret DoD security clearance.
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and maintain training curricula for electrical and mechanical production.
• Create lesson plans, instructor guides, and training aids.
• Deliver instructor-led sessions and oversee virtual/blended delivery.
• Schedule training to meet production demands and manage LMS resources.
• Track training compliance and ROI for senior leadership.
• Maintain training records for Archbald employees.
• Conduct gap analyses and update materials for product changes and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with production, engineering, quality, and supply-chain teams.
