Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs for technicians and repair staff. You will coach teams to improve technical skills, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with regional leadership to address skill gaps.

The role requires hands-on training at various centers, travel up to 30-70%, and ongoing documentation of training outcomes. A high school diploma or GED is required, with post-secondary education and industry certifications

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of independently planning and organizing work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate, motivate and cooperate with all levels of staff.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver technical training programs and courses in the assigned area.
• Provide coaching to technicians on applying technical skills and efficient repair processes.
• Visit repair centers to assess technician knowledge and capabilities and provide feedback.
