CoreWeave is seeking a Learning Partner for Technical Development to design and deliver advanced training for our Data Center Operations and Product & Engineering teams. Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in instructional design or learning & development with increasing ownership.
• Designed learning programs for technical or specialized subject matter (tech, infra, data centers).
• Advised senior stakeholders on learning strategy, not just execution.
• Experience in fast-moving, high-growth environments with evolving scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of multi-modal learning programs for DC Ops or Product & Engineering.
• Translate AI infra concepts into accessible learning experiences for non-technical audiences.
• Conduct needs analyses with technical leaders and SMEs to define learning strategies and success metrics.
• Independently manage programs from scoping through evaluation.
• Develop and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids.
