LUX Infusion in the United States is seeking a Learning & Development Partner – Intake to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Intake teams. You will translate complex workflows into practical learning experiences and support performance through structured development programs.

Formación

• Five years of experience in learning and development, training, instructional design, healthcare operations, or related area.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration skills.
• Strong ownership and accountability for responsibilities.
• Comfort learning, adapting, and growing in a dynamic environment.
• Desire to be part of a team that values empathy and high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Intake roles, workflows, systems, and performance expectations to support learning.
• Partner with Intake leaders and stakeholders to identify needs and validate content.
• Design and improve onboarding, role-based learning, refresher training, and workflow education across Intake functions.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, blended, and hands-on training on systems and processes.
• Translate complex processes into clear learning resources including guides, job aids, and digital content.
• Develop learning plans supporting progression from foundational training to practice.
• Assess learner understanding and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Establish handoffs from training to on-the-job practice and performance management.
• Maintain current learning materials with changes in workflows and policies.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and implement improvements.
