Job summary

Entegris seeks a Senior Specialist, Technical Training to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning solutions across multiple functions. You will partner with operations and subject matter experts to ensure scalable programs aligned with business goals.

The role requires a strong foundation in adult learning, instructional design, and performance consulting, with experience in LMS and managing end-to-end training initiatives. A collaborative, cross-location mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 5–7 years of training/LD experience.
• Proven ability to design, develop and deliver training for diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning, instructional design and performance-based training.
• Experience with needs analyses and evaluating learning effectiveness.
• Proficiency with LMS and common business software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify performance gaps and needs.
• Translate objectives into learning strategies and programs.
• Conduct needs analyses and recommend interventions.
• Design and maintain various training modalities (ILT, virtual, blended, on-the-job).
• Create materials, guides, assessments, and job aids.
• Evaluate and improve content using feedback and data.
• Lead onboarding programs and provide post-training support.
• Manage training projects end-to-end from planning to evaluation.
