Guidehouse is seeking a Training and Documentation Specialist to develop, organize, and maintain training materials, user guides, SOPs, job aids, and other documentation to support teams and organizational needs.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information, ensure content accuracy, and deliver training content for clients through presentations, workshops, and instructional materials. Strong writing and organizational skills required.

Formación

• Public trust eligibility and ability to obtain and maintain for federal or DoD work.
• Associate’s degree or two years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, technical writing, documentation development, instructional design, or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, organize, and maintain training materials, user guides, SOPs, job aids, and other documentation to support team and organizational needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information, identify documentation requirements, and ensure content accuracy, clarity, and currency.
• Create and deliver training content for clients, including presentations, workshops, and other instructional materials.
• Review, edit, and update existing documentation to improve usability, consistency, and alignment with policies, processes, and systems.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives by providing resources, answering questions, and helping users understand procedures and tools.
• Maintain documentation libraries and training records, ensuring materials are organized, accessible, and version-controlled.
• Assist with process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline documentation and enhance training effectiveness.
