Guidehouse is seeking a Training Specialist to support a prominent federal program, designing, enhancing, and delivering training solutions that help teams perform at their best. You will create course content, plan lessons, and craft engaging materials for both virtual and in-person delivery, including onboarding and staff-wide learning events.

This role maintains the internal training library, modernizes delivery with new tools, and tracks compliance training deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of training and development experience.
• Must obtain Federal Public Trust clearance prior to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance, and deliver training solutions for a federal program.
• Develop new course content and refresh existing materials.
• Plan lesson structures and craft engaging training elements.
• Deliver training virtually and in person, including onboarding and staff learning events.
• Maintain a comprehensive internal training library.
• Track compliance training deadlines and report progress to leadership.
• Quality-check course content and identify improvement areas.
• Propose new subject areas based on evolving program needs.
