Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver live, instructor-led trainings to onboard customers and partners on the NinjaOne platform, through remote/virtual and in-person sessions.

In this delivery-focused role you will run live enablement sessions, help learners reach certification, and keep course materials aligned with product updates, partnering with product teams to ensure content stays current. You will work with customers and partners across US time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering instructor-led technical training to adult learners.
• Ability to run live, in-person and remote trainings with hands-on virtual labs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with clear delivery.
• Ability to tailor instructional methods to the audience.
• Experience with LMS and presentation software.
• Foundational IT knowledge in endpoint management.
• Familiarity with NinjaOne or similar RMM tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate NinjaOne training curriculum and keep content aligned with product updates.
• Deliver live trainings to external customers and partners, in-person and remotely.
• Manage virtual classroom: pacing, polls, Q&A, breakout activities.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Guide hands-on practice and support learners toward certification.
• Assess learner needs and training effectiveness; propose improvements.
• Collaborate with content owners and product teams to maintain course materials.
• Track session delivery and certification outcomes.
