Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver live, instructor-led training for onboarding customers and partners to the NinjaOne platform. This role blends remote/virtual and in-person sessions, focusing on hands-on labs and certification readiness.

The trainer will collaborate with SMEs to maintain up-to-date content, engage learners across US time zones, and drive successful outcomes for certification programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering instructor-led technical training, including live virtual/online delivery
• Ability to facilitate engaging live sessions and hands-on virtual labs
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to tailor delivery to diverse audiences and assess learner needs

Responsibilities

• Facilitate NinjaOne training curriculum including multi-module technican course
• Deliver live trainings to external customers and partners (in-person and remote)
• Manage virtual classroom pace, shares, polls, Q&A, and breakout activities
• Guide learners through hands-on practice and certification process
• Partner with content owners to keep course content up-to-date with product updates
• Maintain current NinjaOne product knowledge and report session outcomes
• Support improvements based on learner feedback and metrics
• Work across US business hours and ensure a quality learner experience
