Job summary

NinjaOne is hiring a Technical Trainer to deliver live, instructor-led trainings onboarding customers and partners onto the NinjaOne platform, via remote/virtual and in-person sessions.

This delivery-focused role requires engaging live sessions, answering product questions, guiding learners to NinjaOne certification, and collaborating with content owners to keep materials up-to-date with product changes. You will train across US time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering instructor-led technical training.
• Experience with live virtual/online and in-person onsite delivery to adult learners.
• Strong verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to select instructional methods for different audiences.
• Proficiency with LMS and creating handouts/guides.
• Foundational IT knowledge relevant to endpoint management/RMM.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the NinjaOne training curriculum, including multi-module programs.
• Deliver engaging live trainings to external customers and partners (in-person and remote).
• Manage the virtual classroom: pacing, screen shares, polls, Q&A, breakout activities.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to mixed experience levels.
• Guide hands-on practice toward NinjaOne certification.
• Assess learner needs and trainer effectiveness; implement improvements.
• Keep course content aligned with NinjaOne product updates.
• Track session delivery, attendance, and certification outcomes.
• Travel ~40% for onsite trainings and events.
