Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver live instructor-led trainings for onboarding customers and partners on the NinjaOne platform. The role includes virtual and in-person sessions, hands-on labs, and certification preparation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of ILT experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with LMS tools and endpoint management concepts. This is a hybrid role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering instructor-led technical training
• Ability to engage live virtual classrooms and hands-on labs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to tailor instruction to audience
• Experience with LMS and training evaluation
• Foundational IT knowledge for endpoint management
• NinjaOne experience a definite plus
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Facilitate NinjaOne training curriculum including multi-module courses
• Deliver live trainings to external customers and partners (in-person and remote)
• Manage virtual classroom pacing, polls, Q&A, and breakout activities
• Explain technical concepts to mixed audiences
• Guide hands-on practice and certification readiness
• Assess learner needs and training effectiveness, suggest improvements
• Keep course content up-to-date with product changes
• Maintain current NinjaOne product knowledge
• Track attendance and certification outcomes
• Perform other duties as needed
