Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a Technical Trainer to deliver live, instructor-led training (ILT) and hands-on virtual labs for onboarding customers and partners onto the NinjaOne platform. Sessions may be remote, virtual, or in-person on sites, with a focus on engagement and certification outcomes.

The role emphasizes live delivery, content upkeep with product updates, and collaboration with SME content owners to ensure curriculum stays current. Requires US location and remote-work readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering instructor-led technical training to adult learners.
• Ability to facilitate a hands-on virtual labs environment.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with clear delivery.
• Experience teaching external customers or partners in SaaS/ tech.
• Based in the United States with work authorization in US.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate NinjaOne training curriculum, including multi-module Certified Technician program.
• Deliver engaging live, in-person and virtual instructor-led sessions to customers and partners.
• Manage virtual classroom, pacing, screen shares, polls, Q&A, breakout activities.
• Explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and adapt delivery.
• Guide learners through hands-on practice and certification.
• Assess learner needs and training effectiveness; implement improvements.
• Collaborate with content owners/product teams to keep content up-to-date.
• Maintain current NinjaOne product knowledge and report session metrics.
• Perform other duties as needed.
