Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking aTechnical Trainer to deliver live, instructor-led training for onboarding customers and partners on the NinjaOne platform. This role blends remote/virtual and in-person sessions, with travel to onsite events as needed.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of instructor-led tech training, strong communication, and the ability to run hands-on labs. Flexible remote work is available for US-based candidates with Austin, TX or Tampa, FL preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering instructor-led technical training (live virtual or in-person).
• Ability to facilitate a hands-on virtual labs environment.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with clear delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live instructor-led training sessions for external customers and partners (virtual and in-person).
• Manage virtual classrooms: pacing, polls, Q&A, and breakout activities.
• Keep content up-to-date with NinjaOne platform updates and new features.
