Job summary

NinjaOne seeks a Technical Trainer to deliver live, instructor-led training (ILT) onboarding customers and partners on the NinjaOne platform across remote, virtual, and on-site sessions. This delivery-focused role requires engaging sessions, hands-on labs, and collaboration with content owners to keep materials current as the platform evolves.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of ILT experience and strong classroom facilitation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering instructor-led technical training (ILT), including live virtual/online and in-person delivery to adult learners.
• Ability to facilitate and hold attention in a live virtual classroom with hands-on virtual labs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with clear presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate NinjaOne training curriculum including multi-module Certified Technician course; ensure content evolves with product updates.
• Deliver engaging live trainings to external customers and partners in-person and via remote/virtual formats.
• Manage virtual classroom: pacing, screen shares, polls, Q&A, and breakout activities; keep participants engaged.
• Guide learners through hands-on practice and support attainment of NinjaOne certification.
• Assess learner needs and evaluate training effectiveness; apply improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with content owners and product teams to keep course content accurate and current.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the NinjaOne platform and track session delivery and certification outcomes.
• Other duties as needed.
