Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver live instructor-led training (ILT) to onboard customers and partners on the NinjaOne platform. The role includes remote/virtual and in-person sessions, hands-on labs, and certification facilitation.

You'll partner with content SMEs, maintain and update materials, and lead customers and partners to successful outcomes with NinjaOne certifications. Remote/hybrid work is available for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering instructor-led technical training to adult learners.
• Ability to run live, in-person and remote trainings with hands-on labs.
• Proficiency with virtual classroom tools and LMS platforms.
• Familiarity with NinjaOne or similar RMM/endpoint tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live instructor-led trainings to external customers and partners.
• Facilitate virtual classrooms with pacing, polls, Q&A and breakout sessions.
• Keep content up-to-date with product updates and maintain training materials.
• Assess learner needs and measure training effectiveness for certification outcomes.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate course content.
