Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in San Francisco is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver live technical onboarding sessions, run labs, and own the classroom experience across multiple learning paths.

You will teach API- and AI-product content to mixed technical audiences, facilitate sessions, and collaborate with curriculum owners to refine delivery while traveling to cohort sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience as a technical instructor, trainer, or teaching-focused engineer.
• Capable of teaching API- and AI-product content to mixed technical audiences.
• Strong live facilitation skills with ability to engage a room and adapt pace.
• Willingness to travel regularly for cohort weeks.

Technical Trainer

Location: San Francisco, California (Partial Remote)

Role Overview

You will be a dedicated instructor for technical onboarding programs, delivering live sessions across multiple learning paths. This is a delivery-focused role where you will teach, run labs, and own the classroom experience while curriculum owners own the content.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live technical sessions, in person and hybrid, across assigned paths.
• Run hands-on labs and exercises; support learners through technical issues.
• Dry-run sessions with curriculum owners ahead of each cohort and iterate on delivery.
• Collect and relay learner feedback and survey information to program owners.
• Support day-of cohort operations alongside the program team.
• Travel to cohort sites as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• Experienced technical instructor, trainer, or teaching-focused engineer.
• Comfortable teaching API- and AI-product content to mixed technical audiences.
• Strong live facilitation skills, with the ability to hold a room, handle questions, and adapt pace in real time.
• Able to travel regularly for cohort weeks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching or enabling GTM/sales-adjacent technical audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLM products.
• Instructional design background.
