Everforth Apex is seeking a Program Manager for Cybersecurity AI to oversee multi-team initiatives in Fort Mill, SC or Austin, TX. This is a 6+ month assignment requiring onsite presence 3 days per week.

You will manage budgets, risks, SAFe ceremonies, PI planning, and cross‑team dependencies, delivering clear executive readouts and ensuring timely delivery of integrated solutions. Competitive pay and strong benefits accompany this role.

• Deliver executive stakeholder readouts with progress updates and insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies to ensure aligned and timely delivery of integrated solutions.

Program Manager - Cybersecurity AI

Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina or Austin, TX (Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week.)

Length: 6+ month Assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion in the future based on performance.)

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour W2

Essential Functions

• Program Management – Involvement and oversight of projects including status and budget monitoring & reporting, escalation and issue resolution assistance, and reporting at a program level when individual projects are part of a larger initiative. Communication and awareness across business units of technology project efforts and involvement or participation required from different areas of the firm.
• Provide support for 1-2 teams with medium to high complexities and dependencies.
• Proactively manage risks and issues or impediments by identifying potential impacts, target resolution dates, owners, and mitigation strategies, while ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Facilitate Scaling Agile Framework (SAFe) ceremonies and ensure adherence to SAFe guidelines to enhance team alignment and productivity. Lead Program Increment (PI) planning sessions and provide support to teams in meeting PI objectives. Oversee daily Scrum and Kanban activities, including the facilitation of stand‑ups, backlog refinement, and workflow optimization.
• Supports the team in defining, refining, and ordering backlog items, ensuring they are clear and actionable.
• Helps the team adhere to the definition of done (DoD) to ensure quality and completeness.
• Facilitate executive stakeholder readouts, delivering clear progress updates and insights for informed decision‑making.
• Manage and coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, early identification of cross‑team risks, and streamlined delivery of integrated solutions.

Other Job Duties

• Support for Other Team Members – To balance workload and support those who are out of the office, it may be necessary to backfill for others in the Cyber AI group.
• Special Initiatives Support – may assign a Program Manager to support special initiatives / strategic opportunities for the firm.
• Other duties as assigned.
